Recent Awards & Interviews

Kim Wright studied Fine Art at Scottsdale Community College and ASU, later receiving a degree in Graphic Design. After a successful career in graphic design, she has returned to her love of painting. Currently Wright is a full-time fine artist with an art studio in Thornton, Colorado.

“My intention as an artist is to create works of art that evoke an emotion of joy and have a calming affect on all who view it — this is in essence how viewing art affects me. I desire for my art to inspire others and bring hope, light, and joy into the world. Art that helps us all to exhale the past, and breathe in all the beauty we are surrounded by.”
